Josh Hess has been a full-time real estate investor since 2003, with over two decades of hands-on experience across multiple market cycles. His background includes working as a loan officer and Realtor, flipping single-family properties, and building rental portfolios across multiple states. Today, Josh focuses primarily on large multifamily syndications, where he operates as both a Limited Partner (LP) and General Partner (GP), actively involved in deal sourcing, underwriting, capital raising, and asset management.
But despite building successful real estate income, their life came with a heavy cost. Josh’s wife and business partner, PB, spent years working exhausting nursing shifts—often out of state—just to keep their income stable. There was a season where they were lucky to see each other a few weeks out of an entire year. Financial pressure, burnout, and time apart became the breaking point.
That reality forced a shift. Josh and PB realized that even solid real estate portfolios require consistent cash flow, automation, and scalable systems to truly create freedom.
